From design through to development, from marketing through to sales, and even the understanding of customers - people come first.

I’m a collaborator by nature, so my work is always cross-functional, and where possible, includes customers. Metrics are useful, but storytelling is always more compelling than numbers.

How do we use AI to help us make better decisions about early stage startups? I led the team, working to build AVVA first as an algorithm, then through testing using internal projects as the guinea pigs, before building a full product architecture and outlining a forward strategy for product development and investment opportunities. Josephmark is one of Australia’s premier boutique digital and product studios. I consulted as Digital Product Strategist for clients ranging from indigenous language training platforms, news and media products, golf scoring platforms, social platforms and many more. I also worked with the team to design and implement a strategy sprint methodology to rapidly validate new digital products.
